Appointment Confirmation Policy

To accommodate you better and ensure we are maximizing our team’s time to see more patients in need, we have implemented the following appointment confirmation policy.

Here’s how it will work:

  • 7 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email reminder to make sure the appointment still works with your schedule. If not, we encourage you to call us to reschedule.
  • 2 days prior to your appointment, you will receive an email reminder with a request to confirm your appointment.
  • 1 day prior to your appointment, you will receive a text message reminder with a request to confirm your appointment.
  • 2 hours prior to your appointment – Unconfirmed appointments will be released so that another pet can be scheduled.

The goal of this policy is to increase our availability to treat pets in need.
